After extensive negotiation, and Knapstad motion, all parties agreed to a plea deal.

After Hiring Victor Ro:  All 3 Charges were dismissed; an Alford Plea was done where the Client could have spent ultimately years and years and many more years in jail, a plea bargain was agreed and the judge agreed to a 3 month jail term, a virtually impossible jail time considering the seriousness of all 4 original felony counts.
